Oxford Claims FML Wrestling Title With Record Team Score

Oxford repeated as Flint Metro League wrestling champions, following up a 9-0 dual match campaign with a league-record 274.5 points in the FML tournament held at Lapeer East High School. Oxford claimed 5 individual championships and 5 runners-up. Holly (8-1 in duals) finished second in the league tournament with 191.5 points, taking 4 individual crowns and one runner-up.

Holly's Josh Houldsworth became a four-time individual league champion by pinning Lapeer East's Isaac Joseph at 2:59 of the 145-pound final.
