Championships
Flint Metro League member schools compete for league championships in any sport (governed by the Michigan High School Athletic Association) that at least half of the schools sponsor. Currently, twenty-three sports have competition for the title of "Metro Champs".
In addition, the league sponsors a travelling All-Sports Trophy, which is awarded to the school that has the greatest success in overall league varsity competition each school year. For each sport, points are awarded based on order of finish with the champion received an additional point. For example, in a sport with all nine schools involved, the points are awarded as 10-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 from first to ninth place. No points are given if a school does not have a team in that sport. Freshman and junior varsity competition is considered developmental in nature. As such, no standings or records are recognized by the Flint Metro League at those levels. 2004-2005 FML All-Sports Final Results 2005-2006 FML All-Sports Final Results 2006-2007 FML All-Sports Final Results 2007-2008 FML All-Sports Final Results 2008-2009 FML All-Sports Final Results
