Scholar Athletes

The League will provide member schools with certificates to honor Flint Metro League scholar athletes. The criteria for this award are: Varsity letter winner in the sport (official league sport); at least sophomore status; and hold a cumulative semester/trimester grade point average of 3.50 or higher.

Flint Metro League scholar athlete awards will be recognized seasonally. Scholar Athlete Awards are to be handed out when individual districts deem appropriate, either at the end of the season or annually at an honors assembly.
